Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director Data and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the BI strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the lifecycle of BI assets, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability
• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, establishing technical standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of technical experience with Microsoft SQL Server, ETL technologies, and BI/Analytics tools
• 10+ years of non-technical experience in business analysis, project management, and team management
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Git
• Familiarity with healthcare clinical and business concepts is a plus
