Senior Director of Data and AI

Job Summary

Driving the AI agenda, the full-time Senior Director of Data and AI will own the technical infrastructure and strategic direction to transform the organization into an AI-native global platform while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of AI initiatives from isolated experiments to centralized systems that deliver measurable business value
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and operational leaders to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing platforms and internal workflows
• Oversee the development of a scalable corporate data platform that supports all AI and machine learning capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in driving internal organizational change related to AI and its impact on workflows
• Proven background in data engineering, distributed systems development, or system architecture
• Deep technical expertise in distributed data systems, MLOps pipelines, and LLM orchestration
• Successful history of building and scaling complex data structures and machine learning integrations
• Ability to facilitate the adoption of major technology shifts within organizations
