Senior Director of Data Architecture

Job Summary

Seeking a highly strategic yet hands-on Senior Director of Enterprise Data & Platform Architecture, the full-time remote position will lead the evolution of enterprise systems, data platforms, and integration strategies across a rapidly scaling, acquisition-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide strategy for data platforms, business systems architecture, integration frameworks, and analytics infrastructure
• Lead technology and data integration for acquisitions, establishing repeatable integration playbooks and rationalizing overlapping systems
• Build enterprise-grade data foundations to enable cross-functional visibility and design scalable reporting and analytics frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data platforms, business systems, and integration engineering
• Proven experience in scaling systems in high-growth SaaS and PE-backed environments
• Demonstrated experience integrating multiple acquisitions or business platforms
• Strong hands-on understanding of Salesforce/HubSpot ecosystems and data warehousing/analytics platforms
• Experience building operational reporting and enterprise visibility platforms
