Senior Director of Data Architecture

Job Summary

To enhance data consistency and governance, the full-time Senior Director of Data Architecture will establish enterprise data standards, build a data catalog, and define a common language for data across various departments, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish enterprise data standards and drive their adoption across the organization
• Build and maintain a data catalog that ensures data is discoverable and trustworthy
• Develop a shared ontology and enterprise data dictionary to standardize definitions across departments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or enterprise data roles with hands-on experience in data catalogs and taxonomies
• Deep expertise in Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouses, including data modeling and schema design
• Proven ability to align diverse functions through effective communication and consensus-building
• Experience in the healthcare domain, particularly in revenue cycle or patient financial services
• Strong technical foundations in data modeling and familiarity with modern data stack components
