Senior Director of Data Architecture

Job Summary

To enhance data consistency across departments, the full-time Senior Director of Data Architecture will establish enterprise data standards, build a data catalog, and define a common language for core entities, primarily utilizing Snowflake in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish enterprise data standards and drive adoption of a comprehensive data standards program
• Build and maintain a data catalog that ensures data discoverability and trustworthiness
• Define a shared ontology and enterprise data dictionary to reconcile definitions across various departments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture, data management, or enterprise data roles with hands-on experience in data catalogs and ontologies
• Deep experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses, including data modeling and schema design
• Proven ability to influence and align diverse functions within an organization
• Healthcare domain experience, particularly in revenue cycle or patient financial services
• Strong technical foundation in data modeling and familiarity with modern data stack components
