Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director, Data Engineering & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the organizational structure and build, lead, and scale a successful data and analytics engineering organization
• Drive technical architecture, decision-making, and execution of data and analytics engineering work
• Establish and drive department-wide standards for data platform governance and development

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data-intensive environments
• Expertise in processing and analyzing large-scale datasets (billions of records)
• Deep expertise with Snowflake as a data platform
• Experience building and leading Data & Analytics teams at high-growth SaaS companies
• Proficient in SQL and Python with the ability to write optimized queries for large-scale data processing
