Senior Director of Data Governance

Job Summary

Leading the global data governance strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Data Governance will define and operationalize data management, establish data certification programs, and drive change management initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement the company's global data governance strategy, policies, and standards
• Establish enterprise practices for data management, modeling, and master data management
• Design and lead the change management approach for governance, including training and adoption tracking

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Significant experience leading data governance at scale
• Strong technical foundation in data governance, including data modeling and compliance
• Demonstrated success in building and operating data governance programs with measurable outcomes
• Proven change management capability with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
