Senior Director of Data Governance

Job Summary

Leading the charge in enterprise data governance, the full-time remote Senior Director of Data Governance will manage data stewardship and modeling organizations, define core data models, and ensure the integration of trusted data into the Enterprise Data Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the common data model for core entities across the enterprise
• Lead the Data Stewardship organization, enhancing data quality and AI-readiness initiatives
• Oversee the Data Modeling organization, modernizing workflows and integrating data models into the Enterprise Data Platform

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise data strategy
• Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide governance programs
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and data architecture principles
• Hands-on experience with entity resolution frameworks and master data management
• Track record of leading data stewardship or modeling teams with strategic impact
