Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Data & Organizational Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the data ecosystem, ensuring reliable data infrastructure and KPI reporting
• Lead the Data & Insights team in delivering executive dashboards and operational reports
• Develop data governance protocols and manage vendor relationships for BI and data platforms

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years in data/analytics roles with 4+ years in leadership positions
• Experience with enterprise KPI frameworks and data quality programs
• Hands-on familiarity with modern data stack and data governance principles
• Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly with Finance and Technology
• Proven ability to influence strategy and decisions at the executive level
