Senior Director of Data Management

Job Summary

Leading data management activities for clinical development, the full-time Senior Director of Data Management will establish and manage data strategies, ensuring high-quality database builds and compliance for pivotal studies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee data management activities across the clinical portfolio to ensure timely and compliant data deliverables
• Provide strategic leadership for data management in support of NDA submissions and regulatory inspection preparedness
• Build and develop the data management team, focusing on hiring, performance management, and capability development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of data management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management
• In-depth experience in the Oncology therapeutic area
• Proven ability to manage CRO relationships and oversee data management deliverables
