A company is looking for a Senior Director of Data Migration to lead and scale their data migration practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scalable data migration strategy and oversee the end-to-end data migration process
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and proactively identify risks while maintaining data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data migration, data engineering, or a related field within SaaS or fintech
• 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role managing teams and large-scale data migration projects
• Deep expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and database management
• Strong technical acumen with experience in Python, SQL, and cloud-based data solutions
• Experience in compliance, risk management, and data security best practices
