Senior Director of Data Operations

Job Summary

Leading the Foundation's data initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Data Operations will manage enterprise data across systems, oversee the data team, and drive data-informed decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Foundation's constituent data model and deduplication strategy, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms
• Lead the reporting strategy, maximizing the use of the data warehouse and ensuring data integrity for actionable insights
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for data and engagement tools, driving strategic collaboration across departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology or data-related field and a minimum of ten years of experience managing complex technical ecosystems, including CRMs and fundraising tools
• Demonstrated experience with Power Automate or comparable workflow automation tools, and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI
• Strong skills in enterprise data management, including data modeling, deduplication, and report development
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong project management skills
• Experience managing staff and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment
