Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Product Management (Data).

Key Responsibilities

• Set the long-term vision and strategy for the company's data platform and data products
• Lead, mentor, and develop multiple product teams within the data domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-led initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, with at least 5 years leading product teams
• Proven success in owning large-scale data platforms or ML/AI product roadmaps
• Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, and cloud-based data ecosystems
• Strong track record in building and scaling teams and mentoring senior PMs
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with fintech regulatory requirements
