Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Data Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and communicate a compelling, multi-year product vision and strategy for internal data products
• Serve as a thought partner for C-suite stakeholders, translating enterprise data strategy into a prioritized product roadmap
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience leading large, strategic, enterprise-wide data democratization initiatives
• Deep understanding of modern data ecosystems and data governance frameworks
• Proven ability to define and execute a vision for trusted, governed data assets
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing talent
