Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the data science and product analytics strategy, focusing on modeling, experimentation, and insights generation
• Build and manage a global team in data science, applied ML, and product analytics, ensuring collaboration with engineering and platform teams
• Oversee product analytics and experimentation frameworks, translating insights into product development and customer outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in data science, analytics, or ML roles, with 5+ years in senior leadership in SaaS or B2B2C environments
• Expertise in Python, SQL, R, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Proven experience in leading product analytics and defining metrics that connect user behavior to product outcomes
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, causal inference, and experimental design at scale
• Experience in operationalizing AI-driven product features and ML models
