Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
• 5+ years of people management experience in data science or analytics teams
• Experience with healthcare data, adtech platforms, or marketing analytics environments
• Advanced experience with Python, SQL, Spark, and modern machine learning frameworks
