Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in credit card modeling or consumer lending business
• 7+ years of people leadership experience
• M.S. or PhD in statistics, computer science, engineering, physical sciences, economics, or related field
• Strong machine learning education background with practical application experience
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in the lending business
