Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Data Science who will lead data science and AI/ML strategy to transform healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI/ML and data strategy aligned with enterprise business goals
• Lead the development and delivery of advanced AI/ML solutions and oversee scalable ML infrastructure
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers specializing in healthcare claims data

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline
• 18+ years of progressive experience in data science with significant AI/ML focus
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing and developing data science or AI/ML teams
• Proven experience delivering enterprise scale AI/ML solutions in healthcare
• Deep expertise in ML/AI frameworks, Python or R, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
