Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of AI models tailored to business use cases
• Mature AIOps capabilities including CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring frameworks
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team of AI practitioners while fostering a culture of experimentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related applied quantitative experience
• Master's degree in a quantitative, arts, or business field preferred
• 6-8 years of experience in data science or AI/ML engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and large language models
• Proven experience in establishing MLOps/LLMOps practices
