Senior Director of Data Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and implementation of an enterprise data platform, the full-time Senior Director of Data Strategy will oversee data architecture, governance, and monetization initiatives while collaborating with various teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of a centralized cloud data platform, including data architecture and pipeline development
• Define and execute the enterprise data strategy, establishing governance frameworks and integrating various data sources
• Develop audience intelligence capabilities and identify new revenue opportunities through data monetization

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or enterprise data strategy, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake, and expertise in data modeling and pipeline development
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics data
• Proven project management skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
