Senior Director of Data Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Data Technology to lead the engineering and infrastructure of their Data & BI organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and operations of the cloud data platform, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Oversee the design and delivery of scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines, including third-party integrations
• Partner with analytics leadership to ensure high-quality insights and self-serve analytics across the enterprise

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in data engineering or related technical disciplines
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing engineering teams
• Deep expertise in cloud-native data platforms, particularly Snowflake
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ELT/ETL patterns, and data observability frameworks
