Job Summary

Leading the global Corporate Deal Strategy and Operations function, the full-time Senior Director of Deal Strategy will drive efficient customer contracting operations, serve as a subject matter expert on complex deal structuring, and partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to enhance deal velocity while managing risks and ensuring compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales on deal strategy and execution for complex transactions
  • Design and implement processes to improve deal flow and support business scalability
  • Hire and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability and collaboration
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer sales, preferably in a high-growth software company
  • Professional legal or accounting degree with active registered status
  • Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial terms with enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of enterprise deal structuring and software revenue recognition principles
  • Multiple years of people management experience with a track record of team development
