Senior Director of Decision Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Senior Director of Decision Analytics will oversee Sprout's centralized analytics function, driving proactive insights and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the Decision Analytics function, setting vision and operating models for data utilization across business units
• Drive a cultural shift from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven decision-making that enhances business impact
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and data scientists while collaborating with senior stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics or data science, including 5+ years in leadership roles within a SaaS or subscription-based business
• Extensive experience in hiring, developing, and mentoring teams of analytics professionals
• Proven success in scaling centralized analytics functions supporting diverse business units
• Deep understanding of core SaaS metrics across the customer lifecycle
• Ability to navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution
