Senior Director of Decision Science

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of enterprise-level decisioning systems, the full-time remote Senior Director of Decision Science will manage the development and operation of real-time decision engines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise decisioning charter, objectives, and KPIs aligned with strategic business outcomes
• Oversee the end-to-end roadmap and implementation of the decision engine, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Direct the design and deployment of decision policies and optimization frameworks to enhance customer engagement and retention

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 9+ years of experience in decision science, applied data science, or optimization
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams
• Proven expertise in real-time decisioning systems and optimization techniques
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for technical guidance and standards
