Senior Director of Decision Science

Job Summary

Providing enterprise-level leadership for real-time decisioning systems, the full-time Senior Director of Decision Science will own the strategy and execution of next-best-action decisions across omni-channel touchpoints while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise decisioning charter, objectives, and KPI trees aligned to strategic business outcomes
• Lead the end-to-end roadmap for the decision engine, prioritizing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Oversee the architecture, build, and performance of a real-time decision engine, ensuring compliance with governance and lifecycle management standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 9+ years of experience in decision science, applied data science, optimization, or equivalent fields
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams
• Proven expertise in the design and governance of enterprise-scale decisioning systems
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in real-time, API-driven decisioning platforms
