Senior Director of Decision Support

Job Summary

Reporting to the Executive Director of Enterprise Financial Analysis, the full-time Senior Director of Decision Support will set the enterprise strategy for financial decision support and cost accounting, oversee a multidisciplinary team, and serve as a primary advisor to the CFO on service line performance and capital investment evaluations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes the enterprise strategy and governance framework for decision support and service line profitability analytics across the organization
• Serves as the primary strategic advisor to the CFO and senior leadership, presenting recommendations on financial decision support and capital investments
• Directs the development of enterprise reporting and analytics infrastructure, ensuring transparency and accuracy across all reporting functions

Required qualifications

• MBA, MHA, or MPH with a minimum of 10 years of healthcare finance experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Expertise in enterprise service line profitability, cost accounting platforms, and financial modeling
• Exceptional executive communication skills for presenting complex analytics to C-suite executives
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance and analytics organizations
• Advanced project management skills to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
