Senior Director of Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, COE & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the COE organization focusing on program delivery, governance, and operations
• Establish and maintain project controls and deliverables for large-scale capital programs
• Manage client relationships and resolve escalated issues to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of twelve years of related experience, including two years in a management role
• Advanced project management skills with expertise in the project management business
• Proficient knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and scheduling related to corporate real estate
• Software skills in Microsoft Office applications
