Senior Director of Delivery

Job Summary

Driving the successful execution of client projects, the full-time Senior Director of Delivery will oversee complex programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer success in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the successful execution of complex, large-scale programs and projects across multiple clients
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Support and contribute to AI-related projects, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and client outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project/program management and delivery leadership
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex programs
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Experience supporting presales and business development activities
• Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong plus
