Leading the delivery transformation of AMS Delivery Excellence, the full-time Senior Director of Delivery Transformation will manage customer health assurance, partner delivery management, and AI delivery acceleration while working remotely to optimize project durations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for delivery acceleration, focusing on partner ecosystem scaling and AI-driven modernization
- Lead customer health assurance initiatives to proactively mitigate delivery risks and enhance customer satisfaction scores
- Oversee the transition of the partner delivery model, ensuring quality standards and performance tracking are maintained
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise Services delivery or delivery transformation
- Extensive experience managing delivery operations across complex, multi-partner environments
- Deep understanding of AI-powered delivery tools and automation in large-scale implementations
- Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with a focus on customer success and operational efficiency
