Job Summary
Driving the demand generation strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Demand Generation will manage the strategy, budget, and team to generate qualified pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead demand generation strategy, focusing on targets, CPL, pipeline coverage, and MQL-to-SQL conversion
- Oversee all paid media efforts, including Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, with full budget accountability
- Align closely with the Business Development team to ensure shared definitions of ICP and pipeline standards
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of driving ICP-qualified pipeline in B2B SaaS across multiple segments
- Extensive hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets and demonstrating results
- Real AI fluency with experience in transforming demand generation processes using AI-driven strategies
- Strong HubSpot fluency, with experience building marketing architecture
