Job Summary

Driving the demand generation strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Demand Generation will manage the strategy, budget, and team to generate qualified pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead demand generation strategy, focusing on targets, CPL, pipeline coverage, and MQL-to-SQL conversion
  • Oversee all paid media efforts, including Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, with full budget accountability
  • Align closely with the Business Development team to ensure shared definitions of ICP and pipeline standards
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving ICP-qualified pipeline in B2B SaaS across multiple segments
  • Extensive hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets and demonstrating results
  • Real AI fluency with experience in transforming demand generation processes using AI-driven strategies
  • Strong HubSpot fluency, with experience building marketing architecture
