Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of demand generation efforts, the remote Senior Director of Demand Generation will manage pipeline creation through digital campaigns and account-based programs while optimizing performance and leveraging AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies across various channels
- Oversee pipeline creation and acceleration aligned with revenue targets
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure pipeline quality and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, including leadership roles
- Proven track record in driving pipeline through integrated and multi-channel programs
- Strong understanding of funnel dynamics and performance analytics
- Experience with AI-driven marketing workflows and systems
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
