A company is looking for a Senior Director, Demand Operations & Effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a centralized Demand Operations function, including SDR operations and marketing technology
• Architect processes and workflows to ensure accountability across the demand funnel
• Optimize conversion rates by partnering with Sales and managing lead routing and segmentation

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Revenue, Demand, or Growth Operations in SaaS or digital sales environments
• Proven leadership experience in SDR and Marketing Operations
• Deep understanding of GTM funnels and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical background with experience in managing KPIs and funnel models
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
