Senior Director of Demand Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Demand Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the enterprise-wide demand planning strategy, including process design, governance, and tool selection
• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle and demand review as part of the IBP process, creating alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Translate top-down strategic goals and bottoms-up forecasts into actionable demand plans across channels and categories

Qualifications

• 10+ years in demand planning, S&OP/IBP, or supply chain leadership, ideally in high-growth CPG or food & beverage
• Proven experience designing and leading enterprise planning processes
• Advanced understanding of forecasting methodologies, data modeling, and scenario planning
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Experience managing and mentoring planning professionals
