Senior Director of Demand Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Global Demand Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global demand planning processes, ensuring high-quality demand signals for supply and financial planning
• Develop and implement a multi-year global demand planning strategy and digital roadmap
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align demand plans with various departments and drive accountability in planning processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 10-15+ years of experience in demand planning or global planning roles within biopharmaceuticals or life sciences
• Significant experience in IBP/S&OP processes and cross-functional planning leadership
• Proven experience with ERP and advanced planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan)
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification strongly preferred
