Job Summary

Senior Director of Deployment Services is a full-time, senior strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing rapid-deployment support services for large data center projects, ensuring operational readiness and service excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and delivery of rapid deployment service programs across multiple data center sites
• Direct planning and execution of critical on-site services, ensuring compliance with client expectations and safety standards
• Serve as the senior relationship leader for key client stakeholders, managing performance expectations and strategic partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in account management, operations, logistics, or project leadership
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-site programs in complex environments
• Proven track record in senior client-facing leadership and strategic account ownership
• Experience managing vendor ecosystems and cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
