Key Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a portfolio of major donors and corporate partners
• Set the vision for development strategy and align it with organizational goals
• Identify, pitch, and steward cause marketing and sponsorship opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, major gifts, or corporate partnerships
• Experience securing six- or seven-figure gifts and building lasting donor relationships
• Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree; CFRE or Master's is a bonus
• Highly organized and goal-driven
