Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Digital Product Design, Partners, SNKRS & NBHD.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a large team of design managers and individual contributors across multiple initiatives
• Define and prioritize design problems and coordinate efforts across design teams and the organization
• Oversee the vision, execution, culture, and results of product areas within the digital product design organization

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in the design industry
• A bachelor's degree or higher in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing managers and developing careers for seasoned designers
• Ability to manage and launch large-scale cross-platform design projects
• Passion for the brand, sports, and creating high-quality work
