Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and execution of digital experiences for patients and providers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and usability standards
• Manage the development and optimization of digital portals and EMR/EHR integration strategies
• Oversee and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital product management, UX, or platform leadership, with 3+ years in a senior role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; graduate degree in Healthcare IT preferred
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or life sciences, particularly with patient portals or EMR integrations
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and compliance frameworks like HIPAA and GDPR
• Experience with genetic testing in Oncology and clinical decision support tools preferred
