Senior Director of Digital Growth

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of digital engagement strategies, the full-time Senior Director of Digital Growth will define and execute a vision for an AI-enabled digital experience ecosystem, driving measurable business growth and customer engagement through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Dayforce's digital engagement ecosystem, modernizing digital presence and engagement strategies
• Own digital-sourced and digital-influenced pipeline goals, driving conversion growth and optimizing user journeys through analytics and experimentation
• Lead the governance and platform strategy for the digital ecosystem, establishing standards and processes to ensure consistency and compliance

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital experience, digital engagement, or digital transformation
• Proven experience developing and executing digital strategies that support customer engagement and revenue growth
• Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies to enhance customer acquisition and marketing performance
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, production, and analytics functions
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
