Job Summary
Leading the corporate digital and social media strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Digital Media will manage a team focused on enhancing Lilly's storytelling across various platforms, ensuring alignment with communication goals and brand identity.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the corporate social and digital strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
- Manage an agile content team to produce social-first storytelling and govern editorial strategy for Lilly's digital channels
- Build a measurement framework to connect content to audience engagement and brand reputation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in digital and social media strategy and content creation in a global or corporate setting
- Demonstrated expertise in developing corporate social and digital media strategies that drive engagement
- Experience in managing editorial processes and producing high-quality, social-first content
- Strong leadership skills with a record of building and leading high-performing teams
