Senior Director of Digital Products

Job Summary

Leading the translation of enterprise digital strategy into impactful products, the remote Senior Director of Digital Products will manage product strategy, delivery, and adoption to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Digital leadership team to define product vision, roadmap, and backlog across key value streams
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital products, driving rapid, iterative execution while managing cross-functional teams
• Ensure successful product adoption by embedding initiatives into business workflows and tracking performance for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• College or university business degree; accounting or finance degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in digital product management or technology delivery roles
• Proven track record of building and scaling digital products in complex environments
• Experience operating in a product-led model rather than project-based delivery
• Strong background in collaborating with engineering, data, and design teams
