Senior Director of Digital Products

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Digital Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the Digital Product Operating Model, including standards and governance
• Lead digital product execution while embedding product practices across business functions
• Design and implement training and upskilling strategies for digital product managers

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 5 years of Digital Product experience, or
• Master's degree and 9 years of Digital Product experience, or
• Bachelor's degree and 11 years of Digital Product experience
• At least 5 years of experience managing people or leading teams
• Preferred experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or regulated industries
