Senior Director of Digital Transformation

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise-wide AI-driven evolution, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Digital Transformation will own the multi-year digital transformation roadmap, manage senior project leads, and ensure the successful adoption of AI across the organization in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AI & Automation Roadmap for operations, prioritizing use cases for Generative AI and automation to enhance member and provider experiences
• Direct the execution of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives that fundamentally change care delivery
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to translate operational challenges into technical specifications

Required qualifications

• Advanced Project Management skills (PMP preferred) with experience in leading large-scale digital transformations
• Expertise in AI strategy and implementation within a healthcare context
• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Operations, including 5-8 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of developing strategy for an entire business unit
• Deep technical fluency to engage effectively with Engineering and Data Science teams
