Senior Director of Digital Transformation

Job Summary

Partnering with business and technology leadership, the full-time remote Senior Director of Digital Transformation will set the strategy for digital, technology, and organizational transformation to achieve significant business value outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communications and change management plans to ensure high adoption and value delivery of transformational initiatives
• Collaborate with project management offices and functional leads to align and drive program management for initiative delivery
• Mentor and develop staff involved in initiatives, establishing clear expectations and monitoring results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 additional years in a relevant functional area
• At least 6 years of management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management of direct reports
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology initiatives and enterprise-wide digital transformations
• Strong track record of innovation and collaboration, with experience in developing high-performing teams
• Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement utilizing tools for business change
