Senior Director of Donor Development

Job Summary

To drive mission impact and revenue growth, the full-time Senior Director of Donor Development will manage donor relationships, oversee a development team, and collaborate with senior leadership while working remotely from Houston, TX.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans focused on mission impact and diversified revenue growth
• Manage and mentor the development team to enhance donor stewardship and achieve revenue goals
• Engage and retain influential volunteer leaders and corporate partners to support fundraising initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in donor development or nonprofit management
• Four-year college degree
• Experience managing a diverse team, including remote staff
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with donors and community stakeholders
