Job Summary
Driving the direct-to-consumer marketing strategy, the full-time Senior Director of DTC Marketing will lead initiatives in paid media, content, and digital growth to enhance awareness and engagement, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the DTC marketing strategy, goals, and roadmap, translating business objectives into actionable plans
- Lead cross-channel marketing efforts, ensuring coherent execution across paid media, organic content, and clinic market launches
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams to align marketing strategies with the care experience and operational insights
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a senior DTC leadership role within digital health or consumer health brands
- Proven expertise in consumer acquisition and conversion marketing across various digital channels
- Demonstrated track record of developing DTC marketing strategies that drive measurable growth outcomes
- Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and compliance standards is a plus
