Senior Director of Education

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director of Education, responsible for leading global education initiatives and aligning them with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global Education strategy to align with business priorities
• Lead and develop senior Education leaders, setting clear expectations for performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure education initiatives are scalable and aligned with enterprise priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, computer science/information systems, or communications (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of customer education/enablement experience, with at least 5 years in team management
• Global team management experience
• 5+ years of experience with learning technologies and LMS platforms
• 1+ years of experience in building or leading a customer education function for SaaS products
