Senior Director of Enablement

Job Summary

The remote Senior Director of Enablement will lead the Enablement Business Operations function, focusing on Learning Experience Design, governance, reporting, program management, and logistics to ensure operational rigor and process discipline across enablement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for Learning Experience Design, governance, reporting, program management, and logistics
• Establish clear intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and reporting cadences for enablement programs
• Develop and coach managers and teams within Shared Services to enhance organizational depth and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enablement, business operations, or program management roles
• Proven experience in building or scaling operational functions within an enablement or go-to-market organization
• Experience leading and developing managers
• Strong data and reporting orientation, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable decisions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders
