Senior Director of Energy Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Energy Project Development, NA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of a multi-project energy development portfolio, ensuring delivery against schedule, cost, and reliability targets
• Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Project Managers and Coordinators
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Transmission & Interconnection, Energy Infrastructure, and Commercial teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 12+ years of experience in energy project development, infrastructure delivery, or large-scale capital project management
• Strong background in development and execution of renewable and/or conventional generation projects
• Proven experience managing complex portfolios and leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Deep expertise in project controls, including integrated scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
