Senior Director of Energy Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Advanced Energy Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global energy strategy for AI Factories, including grid interconnection and energy sources
• Lead commercial energy execution, including negotiations of utility service agreements and energy-related contracts
• Conduct energy market analysis and collaborate with utilities to align operational timelines with energy needs

Required Qualifications

• MS in Energy Engineering or Power Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years of experience in energy systems and business leadership
• 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and executing commercial initiatives
• Experience negotiating energy-supply agreements and supporting large-scale infrastructure planning
• Strong track record of engagement with utility commissions and federal regulators
